Chet Tokar Senior Pastor
Our pastor Chet Tokar & his wife Cheryl have 3 incredible children. The oldest Kali, is married and living in Texas. Her husband, Army Officer 1st Lt. Ty Huffman is currently serving a 16 month tour in Afghanistan. Kara was accepted into the Peace Corps shortly after graduating from the University of North Florida and is serving in Botswana, Africa. The youngest, Kyle, will be graduating from Winter Park High School at the end of May and plays an instrumental role as one of the youth leaders here at Silver Star. The Tokar family has lived in Florida since 1987 having ministered with churches in Sebastian & Lake Wales, prior to being asked to serve the Silver Star church in June of 1999. Pastor Chet has recently picked up an old love with the purchase of a motorcycle. He and Cheryl love to ride and have done extensive riding around the eastern part of the US. In addition, Pastor Chet loves to play golf and enjoys spending time with his family. He is a gifted speaker and really enjoys sharing with the church family each week. Michelle Radliff will begin leading worship with the church on May 13th. While this will be her first time serving as the lead worship director, she brings a great deal of experience to the work after having served with several churches, most recently the River Run Christian Church.

Justin Nesselroad was selected by the elders to begin a new work within the youth program. Having served as a voluteer for the last 9 months, the elders believe that Justin brings a wealth of knowledge and a great love for God to the work of serving our youth.
