To put it simply, we try our best to follow the Bible in all of the things we teach. We know this may sound simplistic, but we have found that it is an approach that keeps us on track and away from extremes. We believe the Bible is the Word of God and therefore sufficient for anyone who is seeking after life's questions. There are a few things you should know about us though . . . they are simply listed here, though not in an order of priority or importance. First, we believe that salvation is a gift from God, given by grace through faith to the believer at the moment he accepts Jesus as Lord and Savior and is immersed into Christ for the forgiveness of sins. (see Acts 2:38) Second, we believe that communion is a special time for the believer and in following the example of the early church is to be taken on the first day of every week. (See Acts 20:7) Third, we believe that the head of the church is Jesus. All other leaders (elders, ministers, deacons, pastors, etc) come under His authority. Fourth, this Christian church operates distinctly and seperately from all other Christian churches. While we associate with many churches throughout the world, we have no denominational affiliation.
